1. Introduction

Maxtech International Private Limited ("Maxtech," "we," "us," or "our") is a training and certification company that trains, tests, and certifies labour and skilled labour for deployment to work abroad, with a primary focus on mobilizing certified Indian industrial manpower to the Russian Federation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal data submitted through our website and associated intake forms, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and applicable Indian law.

By submitting any form on this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein.

  • Corporate Clients — Russian Federation enterprises and their authorized representatives submitting workforce requirements.
  • Agency Partners — Indian recruitment and placement agencies registering for onboarding into our partner network.

3. Categories of Personal Data We Collect

We collect only the personal data necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, categorized as follows:

a. Candidate Data

Full legal name, personal email address, mobile number, years of field experience, primary industry sector, and trade specialty/certification standard (e.g. welding inspection certifications).

b. Corporate Client Data

Company name, business contact details (name, designation, email, phone), and workforce requirement specifications (roles, volumes, sectors, and deployment timelines).

c. Agency Partner Data

Agency/company name, registered location, Recruitment Agency (RA) license number, primary industry sector, core trade strengths, monthly volume capacity, and primary contact details.

We do not knowingly collect any personal data beyond what is submitted through our intake forms, and we do not collect special categories of sensitive personal data (such as financial, health, or biometric information) through this website.

4. Legal Basis and Consent

We process personal data on the basis of your free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, provided at the time of form submission via the mandatory declaration checkbox. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 11, though withdrawal may affect our ability to process an application, enquiry, or registration already in progress.

5. Purpose of Processing

We use the personal data collected for the following purposes only:

  • Evaluating, training, testing, and certifying candidates against the trade, safety, and technical standards required for overseas industrial deployment;
  • Matching certified candidates against workforce requirements submitted by corporate clients;
  • Verifying the legitimacy and operational capacity of agency partners and corporate clients;
  • Facilitating communication between Maxtech, candidates, agencies, and corporate clients regarding training status, certification, and deployment opportunities;
  • Complying with applicable Indian and Russian Federation regulatory, safety, and certification requirements relevant to cross-border labor mobilization;
  • Internal record-keeping and operational reporting.

6. Cross-Border Data Transfer Disclosure

Given the nature of our operations, personal data collected from candidates, agencies, and corporate clients may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from the Russian Federation for the purpose of certification verification, workforce deployment matching, corporate client coordination, and regulatory compliance at the destination worksite. By submitting your data, you expressly consent to this cross-border transfer. Maxtech takes reasonable steps to ensure that any recipient of personal data outside India affords a comparable standard of protection to that required under the DPDP Act.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by applicable law:

  • Candidate profiles: retained for 48 months from the date of submission, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required for an active or pending deployment.
  • Employer and agency enquiries (corporate client workforce requirements and agency partner registrations): retained for 24 months from the date of submission.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, data is permanently deleted from our active systems unless retention is required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements.

8. Third-Party Data Processors

Form submissions on this website are processed and transmitted using Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, which receives and relays submitted data to Maxtech. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. Data may otherwise be shared only with corporate clients or agency partners strictly to the extent necessary to facilitate a specific deployment match, and with regulatory authorities where legally required.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encrypted transmission of form data and restricted internal access to submitted records.
